We will provide a Detailed Inventory prior to a tenant taking occupation. This will include a full and itemised report including:-

  • photographs,
  • a description of each room or communal area
  • furniture/fittings layouts
  • notes on condition

This professionally compiled inventory will enable landlords to provide evidence of the condition of their property at the beginning of each tenancy. With the current stringent legislation governing tenants’ deposits it is vital that both landlords and tenants are protected. Our inventories provide the necessary evidence in the event that disputes arise.


We conduct a professional pre-let cleaning on all our properties. This ensures that tenants move into properties in an undisputed good condition, thus providing a clean and pleasant home for the new occupier and reducing the potential for dissatisfaction or disputes at the end of the tenancy.


We offer a full maintenance and repair service both to our landlords whose properties we fully manage and to ‘Let Only’ landlords who may require an ad hoc service.
